Phoebe Lin is a Canadian makeup artist currently based out of Tokyo, Japan and represented by BRAVO CREATIVE.

Phoebe graduated from renowned Canadian makeup school, CMU College of Makeup Art and Design in 2013 where she was trained in makeup for fashion, beauty, tv/film, theatre, special effects and creature design.

Currently, Phoebe resides in Tokyo, Japan where she freelances in the fashion, commercial, and film industry. Phoebe’s eye for detail combined with her bilingual ability allows her to flourish in the ever-growing international environment of the city, working with crew from all over the globe.
